Juliana Ang joined Fullerton Health as Group Chief People Officer in July 2025.
Juliana has more than two decades of regional HR leadership experience across the insurance and electronics sectors, both in Singapore-based large companies and multi-national companies. Prior to joining Fullerton Health, she served as the Chief People Officer at Income Insurance Limited and Group Chief Human Resource Officer at Venture Corporation Limited. Notably, she led the corporatisation of NTUC Income and played a pivotal role in its agile transformation journey.
