Ng Shen Li

Ng Shen Li is our General Counsel.

Shen Li has been working in various in-house positions for more than 10 years, primarily supporting Singapore-based companies on various legal and compliance functions. Her latest role was in SATS Ltd, where she provided legal advice to various business units, set internal governance policies and advised the management team on risk mitigation strategies. Shen Li spent her formative years in legal private practice, focusing on a broad range of corporate work, which included advising on internal restructurings, M&A transactions, commercial contracts and regulatory compliance.
