Margareta leads Fullerton Health Specialist & RadLink business, overseeing strategic growth, clinical excellence, and operational performance across its network of specialty clinics and diagnostic imaging centres in Singapore.

As Group Chief Sustainability Officer, she drives the Group’s sustainability agenda — integrating ESG principles into business strategy, advancing responsible healthcare practices, and fostering innovation to create long-term value for patients, partners, and communities.

With over two decades of leadership experience in healthcare commercial and corporate strategy, Margareta is passionate about building purpose-driven organisations that combine performance with positive social and environmental impact. And personally, passionate on building women leadership in business and healthcare management.

Margareta holds an MBA from The University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. She is currently serving as Council Member in the Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF). Her previous work with SMF includes the past Chairperson of Medical Technology Industry Group and board member of GS1
